I am interested in the Cingular Blackberry 8700c DISPLAY WINDOW LENS.  Is that easy to replace?  Do you need any special tools?  Thanks.

I wouldn't say it is easy, but it isn't hard either.  No special tools other than a screwdriver is needed.  Unfortunately we do not offer repair instructions on cell phones, since there are simply too many to keep track of, but we can perform the repair for you at a nominal fee.

If you would like us to perform this service for you, we would be happy to do so.  Simply click on the link below and purchase the cell phone repair service:

it requires a special torx driver and a heat gun. It isn't that difficult. The basic dis-assembly instructions can be found on u-tube under LCD replacement; once it is open simply replace the lens rather than the LCD; be aware that this voids any warranty.
