Motorola Cell Phones Not working on Cingular's Network

We bought 2 Motorola L6 phones from another source.  However I was told by the cingular people that the band that we run on is 850 mgh and that the phones we got don't run on that mgh.  How can we fix the problem without having to spend alot to money.  Motorola says they can replace the products for $175.00 each.  We don't want to spend that much money.

I don't blame you not wanting to spend $175 more per phone.  We should be able to take care of this for you.  The Motorola L6 is at a minimum a tri-band phone, but in most cases it is a quad-band phone.  Without getting too technical, you shouldn't have any problems getting it to work on Cigular's system even if it is an imported phone from another country.  I recommend that you purchase the No Reception Cellphone repair service for each phone and send the phones to us to take care of.  We will perform a full diagnostic on the phones and let you know why they are not working and also repair any malfunction.
