Hi, My Motorola razor keypad is not responsive.  Sorry, I don't know how to find the ID #'s you need to help me identify the model, etc.  The phone will power on and off using the power button, and answer calls if opened, but I can't dial out. The side buttons are not operable either. This literally happened within 5 minutes-I made a call and a few minutes later, it was broken. No damage occured.  It would be great if you could help! Thanks, Jessica

It sounds like you may have damaged the flex cable or there may be some kind of liquid or water damage in the phone that is shorting it out.  I recommend purchasing the Keypad Cell Phone Repair Service and sending the phone in to us so that we can diagnose the problem and repair it.  Here is the link:
