I bought this product from you. Would you tell me whether I have to open the phone and take the lens from the cover or can it be removed from outside without opening the phone? How hard is the original screen glued to the plastic case? Thanks for your help.

We always take apart the whole phone and remove the lens off the case and install the new lens and put it back together. It is very difficult to remove the lens without taking it apart and we don't take a chance in breaking the expensive LCD Display Screen.

I just wanted to thank you for doing this so quickly. I can't imagine being without my phone and this really helped me. -

i have the first blackjack and have had it for about 2 years. im at the point were i have to many messages on the phone and now cant delete them and i cant turn on the phone.
