Hey do you all know my tracking number because i did not get one?

Once your phone is shipped back to you, you will receive two email notifications.  One from us and another one from the shipping carrier.  Your tracking number will be found on those emails.

Please know that it may take up to 24 hours before the tracking data is updated by the shipping carrier ie. UPS or FedEx.

If you are not sure and wish to check the status of your order, you may do so by clicking on the link below and using your order number and email address to view the most recent status on your order:
