Hello, I was unlocking my phone but now i need to flash the software and I don't have the software could you do it?

Please explain the reason why you need to flash new software into the phone?  What are the symptoms?  Does it power up etc...

    Because I tried to unlock and made damages to the firmware. I need to reflash it. The battery is not charging, not turning on.
