Can you repair a software issue? I have a Motorola V551 that will download to my PC but it won't upload. I like to make entry changes on my PC then upload to the phone, it fails to communicate. I use genuine Motorola software & cable, and their tech people were no help. The master reset didn't help either. Can you? thanks Luke
